I have been living in South Africa for 15 years and I loved it.

During that period of my life I often had friends and guests from my husband’s business  coming for dinner at my house and  every time I received the same question: “can you teach me to cook the Italian way?”

…The Italian way meant not just Italian dishes but how to prepare them in the real Italian way….

That is when I decided to start to hold “Italian Cooking Sessions” for them and their friends.

My name, Rosalba, revealed to be quite difficult to pronounce for them and they loved to call me Rosebella.

At that time I felt it was my mission to share our culture about food and lifestyle in that foreign wonderful country far away from Italy.

Since I came back to Italy, I decided to offer the same service to the many visitors of our beautiful country who were interested in taking home memories of having had an exclusive, real, Italian cooking experience.
